I WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU!

With a degree in Health & Fitness Promotion from Portland State University and as a certified health coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, I value the lifelong exploration of holistic wellness. I’m a certified yoga and mindfulness instructor with over 500 hours of teacher training and have taught both private and group classes for over 20 years including young adults and youth.

I am a lifestyle design artist and have incorporated my training both as a Wilderness Survival Instructor & Advanced Woodsman into opportunities for nature engagement that have the opportunity to heal our connection to self and discover a deeper meaning to our relationship with this beloved time we have on Earth.

As an End-of-Life Guide & Hospice volunteer, I have cultivated a mindset that honors a rewilding of the mind, body and spirit for the fullest expression of a life well-lived.

I have found that the journey of self-discovery, health optimization and a mindful approach to bold moves that activate our life's purpose, is truly the gateway to deepen our relationship with all things wild and free and cultivate a truly inspired life.
