During this month of love celebration, Wildkind Outdoors Founder Jess Caldwell along with Co-Facilitator Jennifer Dawn are welcoming 12 women to join us in sacred space as we gather in a jungle sanctuary in the upcountry of Makawao.

We will be nourished by local farm to table faire, with each day thoughtfully designed to support the blossoming of deeper connection to self, sisterhood, and the magic of the island. Each day offers exploration of our inner and outer worlds through meditation, yoga for enlivenment, visiting sacred sites around the island, presence practices, nourishing local farm to table food and opportunities for renewal of mind, body and spirit.

Imagine 5 full days beginning our mornings in the container of group meditation and movement followed by beach walks and time with the ocean. Cancellations, Refunds, Transfer of Courses/Events:

Since our courses require planning, materials, location fees, guest instructor fees and spots are limited, we do not offer refunds unless you can communicate with us at least 10 days in advance, prior to the event/course you purchased. You are welcome to find someone else to attend on your behalf who can purchase the course directly from you if you are within the 10 days. For retreats or courses that are 5 days in duration or more, we require a communication of at least 30 days in advance. As an alternative to cancelling, you may transfer funds as a credit towards other classes for up to 1 year by calling or emailing and asking to transfer the money you paid towards another scheduled course/event. It is not guaranteed that the original purchased class type will be available and by rescheduling, you accept this risk.

For guest instructor classes, refunds will not be given unless you contact us within 10 days of purchasing the course. Their classes are infrequent and limited, and we pay guest instructors in advance, therefore you are paying to hold your spot for their classes. If you are unable to attend once you have paid, you will either have to find another person to attend in your place or you forfeit your purchase. If you find another person to attend, please contact us so that we can change the class roster.

Refund or cancellation requests the day before a scheduled course will forfeit the purchase of your class unless you can find someone to take your spot. Contact us to inquire about a credit for a future course/event and this would be at the discretion of Wildkind Academy. No-shows forfeit their entire class amount and no refund or credit will be issued unless a valid reason is given, again at the discretion of Wildkind Academy. Failure to show up at a course/event or leaving early from a course/event will not warrant a refund or credit. A 30% fee on any cancellations will apply.

On a rare occasion due to circumstances beyond the control of Wildkind Academy, it may be necessary for a course or event to be canceled. If an event/course is cancelled or rescheduled, a full refund will be offered along with the opportunity of a credit for a future event (to be used within 2 years)
